Located on beautiful Lake Washington, this condominium is perfect for entertaining. We were asked to completely renovate this home inside and out, including a redesigned floor plan and extensive deck enlargement. All of the finishes and moldings were completely redone for this remodel.

The new great room doors fold completely open to blend the interior with the exterior, flowing outside to views of Lake Washington. Throughout the year, the owners enjoy an entertaining view of wildlife and summer boaters at the nearby public boat ramp.
